Kinetic outlines donation strategy for Saint Joseph Community Center project

The St. Joseph City Council meeting on May 6, 2024, highlighted significant developments regarding the community center project, emphasizing the importance of proper donor contributions and relationship building within the community. Kinetic, the organization overseeing the project, reported progress in ensuring that donations are accurately allocated to the intended purposes, specifically for the St. Joseph Community Center.

A key concern raised was the potential for misclassification of donations between the St. Joseph project and the YMCA water park project in St. Cloud. To address this, Kinetic has revised the pledge forms to ensure that all contributions designated for St. Joseph are clearly marked and directed solely to that project. In addition to the procedural updates, the meeting also celebrated the increased commitment from Patty Wetterling, who has transitioned from honorary chair to an active leadership role in the campaign. Kinetic also shared insights from a recent wealth screening, identifying approximately 180 potential donors worth further engagement.
