Utility review prepares for potential water rate increase in Avon Lake

During a recent finance meeting, the Medina City Council discussed the anticipated increase in water rates, which is expected to be announced at a meeting scheduled for May 15. While there have been years when Avon did not raise rates, the current trend suggests that an increase is likely.
