Glendale City Council approves lease of city land to Vaya Resort amid public concerns

Vice Mayor clarified that the lease pertains to a small parcel of land currently used as a retention basin, which will be transformed into a usable space for the resort. He emphasized that while the police department will have access to facilities at the resort for event days, it will not serve as a permanent public safety station.
