Clear Lake City Council approves $300K loan for 36th Avenue road project

Clearlake City Council has taken a significant step towards improving local infrastructure by approving a loan agreement to finance the completion of the 36th Avenue Road and storm drainage construction project. Public comments during the meeting highlighted the frustrations of residents who have dealt with the poor condition of the road for years. Suggestions were made to prioritize infrastructure completion in future agreements with developers to avoid similar situations.
