Clear Lake Planning Commission approves restaurant liquor license and new hotel development

The Clearlake Planning Commission made significant strides during its December 13, 2022 meeting, particularly with the approval of a new restaurant's use permit for on-site alcohol sales. The commission unanimously voted to adopt Resolution PC 2022-24, allowing the establishment to serve alcoholic beverages, a move that could enhance the dining experience and attract more patrons to the restaurant located at 15165 Lakeshore Drive.
