Clear Lake City Council adopts edible food recovery ordinance under SB 1383

The Clearlake City Council made significant strides in addressing community concerns during their meeting on May 19, 2022, with the unanimous approval of two key resolutions aimed at improving local infrastructure and environmental sustainability.

The council first approved Resolution 2022-24, which outlines a project list for submission to the California Transportation Committee for funding under Senate Bill 1 (SB 1).
