Crockett city council approves mixed-use permits for residential and restaurant development

Crockett City Council made significant strides towards revitalizing local business and residential spaces during its April 15, 2024 meeting. The council approved a mixed-use development proposal that will combine residential living with commercial retail, specifically a restaurant, at a key downtown location.

The proposal, presented by Shannon Parish on behalf of Family Scribe Tour and Travel LLC, involves two parcels of land. The first parcel will feature a restaurant alongside residential units, while the second parcel will be addressed in future discussions.
