WIC department hosts family-friendly costume event at County Services Building

The Summit County Board of Health meeting held on September 11, 2023, featured discussions centered around community engagement and upcoming events. One of the highlights was the announcement of a family-friendly costume-themed event organized by the Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) department, led by Director Jennifer Pabman.

Pabman emphasized the collaborative effort from various department heads and community groups in bringing this event to fruition. Scheduled for October 13, from 3 PM to 6 PM, the event will take place at the County Services Building. Attendees can expect a range of activities, including games and a quasi trick-or-treating experience, aimed at fostering community spirit as the fall holiday season approaches.
