Levittown residents demand action against neighbor's auto repair violations

Page detailed numerous complaints about noise, environmental concerns, and threats from the neighbor's girlfriend. She emphasized that despite her repeated communications with township officials, including emails and video evidence, no significant action has been taken to address the situation. Page's concerns were echoed by another resident, Kelly Weldon, who raised issues about water runoff from the neighbor's extended driveway affecting her property.

Township officials acknowledged the complaints and confirmed that they have investigated the property multiple times but have not identified any violations. They noted that the neighbor had received conditional approval from the zoning hearing board, which allows certain activities but prohibits others, such as painting vehicles on the property. Officials assured residents that they would increase monitoring efforts and conduct unscheduled visits to verify compliance with zoning regulations.

The meeting highlighted the challenges faced by residents in enforcing zoning laws and the perceived inconsistency in how violations are handled. Both Page and Weldon expressed frustration over what they see as unequal treatment compared to their own experiences with zoning enforcement.
