Rising Sun schedules spring dumpster day for community clean-up

Residents of Rising Sun, MD, will have the opportunity to declutter their homes during the upcoming Spring Dumpster Day, scheduled for the second Saturday in April from 8 AM to 12 PM. This initiative, announced during the recent Board of Commissioners meeting, aims to assist residents in disposing of bulk items at no cost.

The town board, in collaboration with the mayor, has organized this event as part of a broader effort to alleviate the expenses associated with bulk pick-up services.
