Rising Sun updates land development code to improve oversight and specifications for developers

The Town of Rising Sun is taking significant steps to enhance its land development regulations, ensuring that future projects meet the community's needs and standards. During a recent meeting on June 13, 2023, town officials discussed the introduction of a new design and specifications manual, known as the TDS manual, which will guide developers in constructing essential infrastructure such as streets, sidewalks, and drainage systems.
