La Habra Heights swears in new council members and nominates John Pospiza as mayor

The La Habra Heights City Council welcomed two newly elected members during its December 9, 2024, meeting, marking a significant moment for the community. Council members Carol Engelhardt and Greg Stoeffler took their oaths of office, pledging to uphold the constitutions of the United States and California. The ceremony was officiated by retired judge Peter Espinosa, who emphasized the importance of their new roles.
