Shawnee Heights first graders embark on Flat Stanley college adventures

Shawnee Heights Board of Education held a productive meeting on December 16, 2024, highlighting innovative educational initiatives and updates on the district's accreditation process.

One of the standout moments came from a presentation by a first-grade teacher who shared a creative project inspired by the popular "Flat Stanley" concept. Students, referred to as "flat first graders," are traveling to various colleges, engaging in adventures that spark excitement and learning.
