Tennessee Governor Lee announces $5 million investment to combat human trafficking statewide

He also introduced notable advocates, including Sheila McClain, a survivor and advocate from Thistle Farms, and Tim Tebow, a national voice on the issue. Their involvement highlights the collaborative effort needed to combat this crime and support victims.

Margie Quinn, CEO of End Slavery Tennessee, expressed gratitude for the governor's investment in community-based survivor services. She noted that her organization, along with others, serves as a critical point of contact for law enforcement and emergency services, providing essential support to survivors across the state.
