Arkansas officials challenge Biden's Title IX rule to protect women's sports and state laws

Attorneys General Tim Griffin of Arkansas and Bailey have announced a significant lawsuit challenging the Biden administration's Title IX rule, which they argue undermines state laws designed to protect women's sports.
