Leadership shakeup as new CFO joins amid housing crisis

In light of Mauer's exit, the committee introduced Marion Florence, who had been hired as an accounting specialist to work alongside Mauer. Andrew noted that the committee was excited about Florence's qualifications, suggesting she may be overqualified for her new role.
