Westlake seniors unveil inspiring neon sign tribute

During a heartfelt ceremony, Kade Rodeoba, the senior class secretary, addressed the Westlake High School community, reflecting on the shared experiences of the graduating class of 2021. This year, the senior class has chosen to commemorate their journey with a significant gift: a 35-foot-long blue neon sign reading \"Westlake Thunder.\" Set to be installed in the main gym above the track, the sign aims to inspire future students and athletes, serving as a reminder of the hard work and competitive spirit that defines the Westlake community.

Rodeoba highlighted the collaborative effort that went into the project, acknowledging the initial doubts about its feasibility due to various requirements. However, with the support of the company Isaign and the Westlake administration, the senior class successfully brought their vision to life.
