Kentucky court considers making Juneteenth an official holiday

During a recent government meeting, officials discussed the importance of community engagement and the potential recognition of Juneteenth as an official holiday in the county. Additionally, it was noted that on June 19 of this year, the Property Valuation Administrator (PVA) office would not be operational due to the holiday, although the county clerk's office would remain open for certain transactions.
