During a recent meeting, the school board celebrated students who have excelled in original science research and engineering design projects. Although some students were unable to attend, their achievements were acknowledged, and their names and projects were shared with the audience.
Among those recognized was Rowan Fedora from Jackson Heights Middle School, who was invited to join the board alongside family members to celebrate this accomplishment.
