Residents rally against controversial zoning change proposal

He urged the governing body to reconsider the rezoning, emphasizing the importance of preserving the area’s residential integrity. \"If Harley knew about this, he would be turning over in his grave,\" Millett remarked, underscoring his belief that the change would go against the wishes of the land's former owners.
