In response, financial aid and enrollment management teams worked tirelessly to send out 16,000 financial aid offers in just three hours. The teams also extended the scholarship application deadline to April 11 and expedited the selection process from four weeks to eleven days.

The discussion also emphasized the importance of private fundraising for scholarships, with $23.5 million awarded to 7,409 students last year, marking an 8% increase in funding and a 4% increase in recipients.
