Community honors legacy of dedicated firefighter Bill Schooley

Beverly Rasmussen, a realtor and director for the Southern Maryland Association of Realtors, provided insights into the current real estate market, noting challenges faced by first-time homebuyers in Calvert County. She expressed concern over the affordability of starter homes for young families, including her own son, Cash.
