Community rallies for memorialization of historic cemetery

The city of Richmond is moving forward with a significant memorialization project led by architect Baskerville, aimed at honoring the historical significance of a cemetery located in the densely populated Gilpin Court area and North Jackson Ward. Two public meetings have already been held, one on June 26 and another on July 17, with approximately 40 attendees at the latter.
