Additionally, the officials reported a strong partnership with lenders, particularly Bank of America, which has facilitated $15 billion in mortgage debt. The program boasts an impressive foreclosure rate of just 0.00012%, reflecting its effectiveness in helping over 500,000 homeowners retain their properties, especially during economic downturns.
