The project ultimately required an additional $80,000 to address underlying issues, but the courts are now nearing completion, with plans to reopen by the July 4th weekend. Season pass sales have reached a record $70,000, with many families utilizing both the playgrounds and pickleball courts. In addition to recreational improvements, discussions included the potential for repurposing an existing property on the park's west end for revenue generation, possibly as an Airbnb or a bridal suite.
