City Council Approves Major Zoning Change for Arts District

In a recent city council meeting, members discussed a significant zoning change aimed at revitalizing the Warehouse Arts District in Saint Petersburg. Robert Kapusta, representing the district, expressed strong support for the proposed zoning revision, emphasizing its potential to foster artistic creation and attract visitors to the area.
