LAPD fishing club hooks inner city youth with new skills

The Los Angeles Police Department (LAPD) is fostering community engagement through its monthly \"Fishing with a Cop\" program, aimed at teaching underprivileged youth essential fishing skills. Launched nearly two years ago, the initiative allows children to learn how to fish while interacting with officers in a relaxed environment.
