Neibert, who has been blind her entire life, highlighted the newfound independence the service has provided her, allowing her to travel freely within the city. However, she also raised concerns about recent price increases and the removal of disability discounts, which have strained her budget. Neibert expressed gratitude for the service while advocating for potential adjustments to make it more affordable for those on fixed incomes.
