Board approves lucrative contracts for top administrators

Additionally, she will receive an annual step increase equivalent to 3% of her salary starting in 2024.

Similarly, Tara Vigtor's contract as Chief Human Relations Officer and Assistant Superintendent was also extended until 2027. Her salary will be set at $288,157.45 beginning July 1, 2024, with the same structure of annual increases as Westover's contract. Both contracts reflect the board's confidence in their leadership capabilities and the importance of continuity in these roles.
