Developers outline ambitious plans for new resort and Riverwalk

In a recent government meeting, officials discussed the development of a new resort that will include condominiums and timeshare units, emphasizing the importance of ownership and community integration. The project aims to create a permanent residential presence alongside transient hotel guests, enhancing the overall vibrancy of the area.

Key to the development is the establishment of a master set of covenants, conditions, and restrictions (CC&Rs) that will govern the property’s operations. While the resort will not utilize the same hotel booking system for renting out timeshare units and condominiums, there will be a structured program in place to facilitate rentals, ensuring compliance with local short-term rental regulations.
