The second application, presented by Maxwell Fisher of Zone Dev, involved a specific use provision for truck and bus storage at 1602 Kings Road. This site has historically served as an overflow trailer storage lot for Costco Wholesale, which operates a large distribution facility nearby. Fisher argued that the approval would not only consolidate operations but also maintain significant tax revenue for the community. He highlighted the importance of the site for Costco's operations, which serve multiple states and contribute substantial economic benefits.
