Multiple homeowners shared their distressing experiences, highlighting a pattern of inadequate workmanship and lack of accountability from builders.

One homeowner recounted a series of alarming problems encountered shortly after closing on their property, including a failing sewer system that resulted in raw sewage in their bathrooms for nearly a week. The homeowner criticized the city’s response, stating that their emergency report was deemed a low priority. They also discovered debris, including beer bottles, left in the excavation site during repairs.

Another resident, Rhonda Lovell, detailed extensive issues with her home purchased in January 2022, including substandard kitchen cabinets and a kitchen island filled with construction debris. Lovell expressed frustration over the lack of proper installation and the need to spend thousands on repairs that should have been addressed before moving in.
