Jeff Kelly, a resident of Aberlty Way, expressed gratitude for the board's attention to short-term rental ordinances, highlighting a public hearing scheduled for later this month. He acknowledged the swift action taken by the board but voiced concerns about enforcement and potential violations.

Ed Pawelski from Tara Place reported ongoing flooding issues linked to a reclaimed pond, urging the board to address the situation as it continues to affect his neighborhood. He also presented a proposal to halt a planned road entrance that could increase traffic through their area, emphasizing the need for a solution before construction begins.

Kenneth Ward, a resident of Terrace Place, raised alarms about the impact of nearby construction on drainage and traffic. He requested updates on road striping and sewer line access, expressing frustration over the lack of maintenance in his neighborhood.

Rick Dorsey, representing residents of Rocky Creek Court, detailed severe erosion problems caused by upstream development, which has rendered their road inaccessible for emergency services. He called for county assistance in maintaining the road and addressing the culvert issues that have led to significant damage and safety concerns.
