West Palm Beach gears up for summer of vibrant events

The West Palm Beach Community Redevelopment Agency has announced the return of the popular Barbecue Brews and Blues festival for its 9th year, set to take place on Saturday, June 29th, from 4 to 9 PM at Heart and Soul Park. This free event promises an evening of live music, delicious food, craft beer, and various competitions, while also providing an opportunity for attendees to learn about ongoing CRA projects in the Historic Northwest.

In addition, the city is gearing up for its 36th annual 4th on Flagler celebration, themed \"Where Wishes Come Red, White, and True.\" Scheduled for Thursday, July 4th, from 6 to 10 PM, this event is touted as the largest Waterfront Independence Day celebration in South Florida. Festivities will include live music, family-friendly activities, and food vendors along Flagler Drive, culminating in a fireworks display by Pyro Technical at approximately 9 PM.

Furthermore, the city will revive its Soul in the City jazz concert series, featuring top musicians from across the country. The series will run from the 3rd Wednesday of July through September, with performances held from 7 to 9 PM at the Lakefront Pavilion on the West Palm Beach Waterfront. General admission tickets are priced at $30, while table reservations for groups of four or more are available for $45 per person.
