The meeting also recognized Diego Jimenez, an emergency dispatcher for the Mission Fire Department, as the Employee of the Month for May. Jimenez was commended for his quick thinking and calm demeanor during a life-threatening emergency involving a choking incident. His actions were credited with saving the life of a 90-year-old woman, showcasing the critical role of emergency services in the community.
