Community supports new housing plan to boost affordability

Homeowner Mister Bunting, who has lived in the area for twelve years, expressed his enthusiasm for the application submitted by the Ayah Delhi family. He highlighted that the subdivision would create lots comparable to existing properties, maintaining the neighborhood's character while introducing accessory dwelling units (ADUs) that are permitted under current zoning laws.
