Wyoming unveils plans for world class shooting complex

In a recent government meeting, officials provided an update on the development of a new shooting complex located near Cody, Wyoming. The proposed site spans 2,036 acres of state-owned land, strategically positioned to minimize encroachment from surrounding developments and surrounded by state and Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands. This location is touted for its topographical diversity, which is expected to enhance safety and accommodate various shooting disciplines.

The presentation included a video showcasing the site, highlighting its scenic views and the potential for an event center situated on a hillside. The officials emphasized the site's natural beauty, describing it as a \"Wyoming Wow experience,\" with picturesque landscapes that include creeks, cliffs, and mountains.

Attention was also drawn to the planned utilities for the complex, with details provided in the Request for Proposal (RFP). The proposal includes the integration of Starlink satellite Internet service, which is anticipated to meet the operational needs of the shooting complex effectively.
