Teachers demand fair pay amid rising administrative costs

He pointed out that while the student population and number of schools have remained consistent, the administrative staff has grown from 40 to 69. He urged the board to reconsider its financial strategies, asking whether the current investment in administration aligns with the community's values regarding teacher compensation.
