O'Kars framed the preservation of the house as a potential bicentennial project that could honor the contributions of Harriet Kimball Phee to the city.

The meeting also included a brief interaction with another participant, Bridal Stonesaver, who inquired about the number of citizens attending the meeting, emphasizing the importance of community engagement in local governance.
