The company plans to establish a showroom for vintage Land Rover and Toyota Land Cruiser vehicles, with all sales conducted indoors. The applicant, Cade Pieper, emphasized that the vehicles will be fully restored before arriving at the facility, with only minor detailing and audio installations performed on-site. Pieper noted that the operation is temporary, as the property owner, Hank Wright, has plans for a hotel in the area, and the lease allows for a six-month notice to vacate.
