New leadership team announced in major school district shakeup

In a recent government meeting, significant administrative changes within the school district were announced, highlighting a series of promotions and transfers aimed at enhancing leadership across various schools. David Larner has transitioned from Chief Human Resources and Professional Development Officer to Executive Director of Elementary Schools, while Justin Fitzgerald has moved from Director of Schools to Director of Student Well-Being. Other notable transfers include Patrick Saunderson, who will now oversee Safety and Security, and Jahantab Siddiqui, who takes on the role of Director of Student Transportation.

The meeting also addressed vacancies, with the position of Director of Middle Schools currently open and set to be reposted. David Burton will serve as the acting director during this interim period. Additionally, the Executive Director of Special Education position will also be posted soon.
