The applicant, represented by Mauricio Rodriguez and Raza Hussain, addressed these concerns, emphasizing their organized appointment-based operation that minimizes clutter and ensures all vehicles are kept indoors. They noted that the opposing resident also operates a similar business, suggesting a competitive dynamic.
