City plans ambitious downtown master plan amid leadership changes

The meeting also addressed personnel changes within the city. Mister Cloyd, the city engineer, has resigned to pursue opportunities in the private sector, prompting well-wishes from colleagues. Similarly, Tara Patrick, the deputy finance director, is leaving for a position in Broken Arrow.
