Developers unveil ambitious senior housing project in Menomonee Falls

During a recent government meeting, key stakeholders gathered to discuss a proposed senior housing project in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. Tom, president of Encore Senior Living, highlighted the company's extensive experience as one of the largest operators of senior housing in the state. He emphasized the importance of the project for the local community and confirmed that he and his team were available to answer any questions regarding operations.

Ben Ganther, representing Ganther Construction and Architecture, will serve as the general contractor for the project, while Ken Koskowski, the project's architect, is also on hand to address site plan inquiries. David Glaser, a local realtor, and Ariel Anbar, vice president of development for Andev, are involved in site development and project coordination, respectively.

Ariel Anbar presented an overview of Andev Group, which has been developing senior housing in the Midwest for 25 years, with a strong focus on Wisconsin. He noted that the company has successfully completed around 40 projects, with over a dozen in Wisconsin, thanks to a disciplined approach and thorough market research conducted in partnership with Plant Moran, a leading senior housing consulting firm.

Anbar reported that the senior population within a 10-mile radius of the proposed site is growing, leading to robust demand for senior housing. Current occupancy rates exceed 90% across various living arrangements, including independent living, assisted living, and memory care, while supply remains limited. This data underscores the project's potential to meet the increasing needs of the community's senior population.
