Golf tournament aims to raise funds for youth suicide prevention

The With Hope Foundation is set to host its 15th annual Golf with Hope tournament on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Black Gold in Yorba Linda. The event aims to raise funds for crucial mental health initiatives, including suicide prevention programs for youth.

Each contribution will directly support various services: $250 will fund a classroom presentation on suicide prevention, $500 will provide five therapy sessions for at-risk teens, and $1,500 will cover a school assembly focused on suicide awareness. For those who do not wish to participate in golf, the event will also feature a dinner, live auction, and raffle basket drawing.

In addition to the golf tournament, the foundation encourages community involvement through its upcoming 5K Walk with Hope, scheduled for March 8, 2025, at Nixon Library, hosted by Friends Church.
