Mother pleads for justice amid ongoing harassment crisis

During a recent government meeting, a concerned parent voiced urgent pleas for justice regarding ongoing harassment faced by her daughter. The mother detailed a distressing incident where her daughter was confronted by the harasser's boyfriend at a local fair, an encounter that she described as frightening and intimidating, especially as it occurred in front of children.

The mother highlighted a troubling pattern of behavior, noting that the harasser has violated a protection order over eleven times.
