Delray Beach board approves ambitious downtown development project

In a recent meeting of the Downtown Development Authority (DDA) for the City of Delray Beach, board members discussed a proposed mixed-use development project located near a popular sushi restaurant. The project, which includes a real estate office on the ground floor, aims to address ongoing parking concerns in the area, a topic that has been a point of contention in previous discussions.

Amy Alvarez from the development services department was present to answer questions from the board. She clarified that the building's design features a dark stone color, contrasting with earlier depictions of yellow.
