Court Reduces Bond Amid Serious Child Abuse Allegations

In a recent court hearing, a judge addressed the bond conditions for a defendant facing serious felony charges, including multiple counts of sexual abuse against his two daughters and another unrelated victim. The defendant, who has no prior criminal history and strong family ties in Wayne County, was initially subject to a $250,000 bond.
