City Council Approves Backyard Fowl Regulations Amid Controversy

In a recent government meeting, city officials discussed new regulations regarding the keeping of backyard fowl, prompted by changes in state law. The proposed ordinance allows residents of single-family detached homes to keep up to six fowl, such as chickens, in their backyards, provided they adhere to specific guidelines.
