City Council debates controversial surplus land sale decision

In a recent government meeting, city officials discussed the proposal to declare a 0.755-acre parcel of land located at the corner of Barstow and Buena Vista as surplus. This land, which was originally part of the city hall property, has been the subject of various development concepts over the years, including townhouse-style units and low-rise apartment buildings.
